Smoked Salmon, Mackerel, Trout and Kippers
Scotland has long been famous for its Salmon. Quality Atlantic Salmon returning to the breeding grounds of Western Scotland have long been a integral part of the diet in this part of the world. Smoking is one of the oldest methods of food preservation and is also used in Scotland for Herring to make Kippers and Mackerel. Don't forget to check out the Trout also included in our offering.
All of these are available in our well-stocked smoked fish shop.
1 Kilo Fully Trimmed Side of Salmon
Many people like to slice their own salmon or cut it to suit a particular menu. Here we offer a mild cure full side of salmon that you can cut and serve as you require. There is 1 Kilogram of salmon (2.2 Pounds) in this pack.
